Can you believe how quickly this year as gone by? Before we know it next year will end and a new one will begin. I am looking forward to the Holidays. I love to bake and make candy for friends (and followers who make kind requests).

Greetings vistors, followers, and friends ~
Summer has faded into Fall. I love the colors of Autumn ... the transformation nature goes through to prepare for hibernation causes time for pause and reflection. A time to draw into oneself and take notice of personal transformation. That which has happened, is happening, and is desired to happen. Too many days go by without taking notice of where they are going, they are wasted in a whirlwind of life's activities that half the time are performed without thought or reward.
During this Holiday season it will be especially easy to not take time for reflection, throwing away chances for personal growth and fulfillment. Let's not let that happen this year. Each day take 15 minutes to reflect and focus on you ... go inside yourself and think of one thing that makes you smile.
